Keeping your Vending Machines Stocked

Be it Once a day or once a week we restock your vending machine on a regular basis.

Our schedule is based on your machines being refilled at least once a week, and we are also happy to respond to any calls for a needed refill.

Service Calls

We have prompt attention to service calls, With same day service. Our company endeavours to respond to any service or vending issues on the same day we receive the call. Calls late in the day will be attended to the next day. We have 2 in house fulltime service techs covering our vending machines 7 days a week.

Our service techs are supported by service contracts, with the vending machine suppliers, who give us same day parts and service.

All external service providers are qualified and accredited , insured and their business are Registered Australian companies.

Once we attend to your service call; if the matter can not be finalised on that occasion we will keep you informed as to the service programme to get your Vending machine up and going. 

If the projectable service time is not acceptable we will replace the vending machine.
